A while ago my dog Zane won BIS in a conformation show here, but I can't figure out how many points he has. He won BOB, G1 and BIS; help?

The points and the rest is based on european shows (FCI) You only get points from winning best male, best female, reserve best male and reserve best female. And then the junior and veteran points (which isn't something common in all countries, here in Belgium you don't have that for example). BOB, G1 and BIS doesn't give you any extra points.

Yeah it just confused me because in the PKC you get points for BOB, BOS and WC placements; suppose I'm PKC-scarred

I'm used to the BOB/BOW points, and the Winner's Circle too. I think DFA ran off the same routine, if I remember right.
I guess it makes sense to have a Best Male and Best Female of a breed, and then those two go for Best of Breed. Already received points for the gender placement, so I guess there's no reason for additionals. It's kind of equivalent, since BOB in PKC will be, say, male, and there will be another dog, a female, who gets BOS. Same principle, different names :3
